Just when South Africa was about to get normal, Biden sent his FATF attack dogs

Source- Foreign Brief

USA: A notorious nation in the North American continent is known for the creation of puppet organizations to control various powers in the world. The list of those organizations include IMF, World Bank, United Nations, NATO, FATF and many more. Our focal point is the FATF today, which was created as the “Watchdog of Terror Financing and Money Laundering” but ended up as the guard dogs of the American regime.

The United States has long positioned itself as the world’s savior, with a solution to every problem. This propaganda is created because the United States wants to intervene in every notable event or place in the world. Institutions like FATF are utilized by them to intervene in every issue throughout the planet. Until this point, everything was going perfect for the United States. But it was dissatisfied with the growth of its influence, so it devised tactics to meddle in the tranquil portions of the world by destabilizing them with conflicts, violence and anarchy. But why are we discussing FATF so extensively in this article/video?

The thing is South Africa has been defiant of Pentagon’s commands recently and this has led to Biden unleashing his FATF dogs upon South Africa.

A burning issue of Russia-Ukraine Conflict

On the subject of the Russia-Ukraine war, South Africa has mostly avoided taking a stance against Russia if not pro-West. South Africa’s position on the issue is critical for the West since it is one of the most significant and influential countries in the African Continent, as well as an outspoken proponent of African integration. South Africa, chose to abstain when the United Nations General Assembly voted on a resolution calling on its BRICS partner, Russia, to remove its armed forces from Ukraine. South Africa was one of 17 African countries that abstained from voting.

South Africa once again refrained from voting on the vote to suspend Russia from the Human Rights Council at the United Nations General Assembly. South Africa was one of 58 countries that abstained.

On the other hand, only a few days after the Russian-Ukrainian conflict erupted, South African President Cyril Ramaphosa blamed NATO for the conflict in Ukraine.

“The conflict might have been prevented if NATO had listened the warnings from its own leaders and officials over the years that its eastward expansion would lead to greater, not less, instability in the area,” Ramaphosa said in response to parliamentary questioning.

Furthermore, to their dismay, Ramaphosa bluntly refused to acknowledge Western leaders’ decrees against Russia.

America’s attempt to monopolize EV industry

South Africa wishes to spend a portion of the USD 8.5 billion in climate financial help that the United States intends to provide. This has resulted in tensions between South Africa and the United States about the allocation of funding; the latter does not want SA to spend the monies on its electric car sector. South Africa’s strategy involves spending 128 billion rand on electric cars and industrial development projects.

The United States, France, and Germany want South Africa to utilize all of its funds to replace the country’s coal-fired power facilities with renewable energy. It is nothing new for the United States to seek dominance in every industry.

The West is using cited climate change as the reason for its objection to release the fund. Now, Climate change is a genuine issue, the rising global temperature is a major concern. It also has consequences such as forest fires, drought, floods and many more. Hence, substantive action must be taken to address the problem of the climate crisis by each nation. However, the concern about climate must not be used by rich nations as a tool to interfere in the matters of other countries.

Internal Security Problem and SA’s denial of West’s interference

African nations have determined that no outsider can address their internal security crisis; only they can. They are actively addressing issues that endanger their societies’ ability to live in peace, the stability of their governments, and the well-being of their citizens.

South Africa has united Mozambique and Botswana too for fighting against Al-Shabab menace. Just like the EAC Nations are denying the West for interfering in the situation of M23 menace. These countries are deploying their militaries in Cabo Delgado to get rid of Al Shabab. They have realised that peace can only come if this Islamist group, which is brazenly killing civilians and hurting the economy of Mozambique, is eliminated. The governments of South Africa and Botswana have affirmed their decision to assist Mozambique in its battle against Al Shabab.

Same as Kenya, South Africa knows it has to stabilize the region for stabilizing the country and that’s why it is slowly and steadily kicking out the West from its internal affairs limiting it to the sphere of International assistance. This has perturbed the West and it has now unleashed its wrath upon South Africa but it will fail miserably as the African nations are committed to stabilize the continent on their own.
