Jobner Mata Mandir of Jwalmata, located in Jobner, Jaipur, Rajasthan, is an ancient and famous Shaktipeeth of Rajasthan, which has been widely recognized in the world for centuries. This Dham is about 45 km from Jaipur. M. In the west it is located in the ancient town of Jobner in Dhundhar zone. Jobner is directly connected to Jaipur via Kalwar Road.

History of this Temple

Jwala Mata Jobner Mandir is very ancient. The antiquity of Jobner is known from the literary texts and inscriptions in which it has been mentioned by various names like Jabaner, Jabbankar, Jovanpuri, Jobneri, Jobner etc. Its second name Jogner is found in Kurmvilas which seems to be its ancient name. Jaipur is a municipality located in the district, in which Rawal Narendra Singh built the first agricultural college in India in 1947, which is famous as a major centre of agricultural research and extension.

Jobner Mata Mandir was built in 1296 during the Chohan period. Khangar, son of Jagmal Singh Kachwaha, ruled Jobner in 1600, who was a great devotee of Jobner Jwala Mata. It is believed that when Rao Bhangar was given a lot of support in ruling Jobner.

Jobner Mata Mandir opens at 6:00 AM in the morning and close at 9:00 PM in evening. Morning aarti is performed at 7:00 AM in the morning and evening aarti is performed at 8:30 PM in the evening.
