Modi Tops the Global Charts Again

This isn’t the first time PM Modi has been ranked number one. He has been at the top of this list since September 2021, when his approval rating was 70%. It went up to 71% in early 2022 and reached 76% multiple times in 2023. In February 2024, his approval touched an all-time high of 78%.

This consistent popularity shows that Modi’s leadership continues to be trusted by people, both in India and across the world.

How Other Leaders Ranked

In the latest rankings:

2nd: South Korea’s President Lee Jae-myung: 59%

3rd: Argentina’s President Javier Milei: 57%

4th: Canada’s Mark Carney: 56%

5th: Australia’s Anthony Albanese: 54%

8th: U.S. President Donald Trump: 44%

10th: Italy’s Giorgia Meloni: 40%

Compared to these leaders, Modi’s 75% approval puts him in a clear lead.

Why Modi Remains So Popular

PM Modi is seen as a strong and decisive leader. His focus on development, digital progress, welfare schemes, and global diplomacy has earned him praise not just within the country but also internationally.

In past reports, his disapproval rating was also among the lowest. For example, in September 2023, only 18% of people disapproved of him, which is the lowest in the global list.

India’s Global Image is Rising

Modi’s high approval rating also reflects India’s growing importance on the global stage. From G20 summits to international climate discussions, India’s voice has become stronger, and PM Modi has been at the center of that rise.

This global popularity shows that India is not just being noticed, it is being respected, and so is its leader.
