It is often said that hate begets hate, similarly, discrimination whatever the intent, begets discrimination. Schools in San Diego are giving preference to the illegal migrant kids over the kids of the state’s residents for in-person classes. According to news reports, teachers from the San Diego Unified School System are educating migrant children in person until their own students do not have the chance to return to the schools and learn in person.
While according to the school district’s website, students are now studying in an online-only environment and will switch to a blended model on April 12 in which they will study in a mix of in-person and online formats, the migrant kids are being given a privileged service of in-person classes all along. This has made the parents furious, who are saying that the schools of San Diego Unified School District are teaching the migrant children in-person but would not be as kind to the children of the taxpaying citizenry.
“We have 130,000 kids who haven’t been allowed in a classroom for over a year in the San Diego United School District. It’s great that there’s in-person learning for those unaccompanied minors from Central America, but I wish every child in San Diego Country was allowed the same opportunity for in-person teaching,” San Diego County Supervisor Jim Desmond told Fox News.
“The system is broken when San Diego teachers are teaching migrant children in person, but the 100k students of taxpaying families at San Diego Unified School District are stuck learning in Zoom school,” Emily Diaz, an SDUSD parent, told Fox News in an email. Diaz added, “We agree that every child deserves an in-person education, but why are taxpaying students put last? If this is a humanitarian issue then who is rescuing San Diego Unified students because our leaders have failed them.”

The southern states and their state-folks are already suffering immensely due to the ill-intended and misplaced border policy of the Biden administration and now the leftist outshoots of the California government are giving fuel to the fire. The free flow of illegal immigrants from the southern borders has increased the burden on the public services of southern states, and also led to a substantial uptick in drug trafficking among other social problems.
Speaking to Fox News’ Judge Jeanine Pirro, Donald Trump revealed plans of him making a visit to the crisis-struck border shortly, within the coming few weeks. The former President mentioned that a lot of people want him to visit the border, especially the border patrol agents and ICE officials who are suffering from a crisis of their own – that of a complete absence of leadership from the higher-ups.
However, from the looks of it, the Democrats are not at all concerned with the problems that the citizen residing in these states are facing. And now to further prove their no love for tax-paying citizen policy, the schools in San Diego are giving preferential treatment to migrant kids over the kids of the actual citizens of the state.
