Trudeau cunningly employs ‘academics’ to breach the impregnable fortress called Saskatchewan

Trudeau must understand that most conservative provinces are held by very efficient leaders who would not just sell out if threatened by the machinations of the federal government.

Trudeau, conservative

Trudeau has his eyes set on one of the strongest right-wing camps of Canada – Saskatchewan. The province is under the helm of the Saskatchewan Party, a centre-right political outfit. Interestingly, The University of Saskatchewan recently received a $170 million grant from the Trudeau government. Just four institutes at the University of Saskatchewan took in over a quarter of a pool of money and it appalled many.

Academia as a tool

One might wonder why the Trudeau administration is granting millions of dollars in funding to institutions in provinces that are ideological rivals to his party and are furthermore sure to vote against him when the elections kicks in. Trudeau could have allocated the majority of the funds to the institutes in liberal strongholds and could’ve solidified his popularity in those areas.

But it seems like the PM has alternate agendas. The result of the recent polls shows dwindling popularity for the liberals in Saskatchewan. Trudeau understands that he needs to weed out nationalism from the minds of his countrymen and inculcate liberal ideas in the next couple of years— and the best way to get into that is through a constructive programming that will start with the young minds of the province.

University of Saskatchewan

University of Saskatchewan vice president of research Baljit Singh said the money from federal government will support studies related to climate change, human health, water security, and food security.

You see, the federal government has paved the way to purposely intensify programs that were previously not mentioned in the curriculum. Just see once again the money poured into research subjects at the University of Saskatchewan. Human health, water security, food security, and then comes the crown jewel of all, that is Climate change.

Nobody will raise an eyebrow since it is not just climate change alone. Other subjects are also included as a research topics. So, to shake the conservative citadel of Saskatchewan, Trudeau has pinned Academia as the perfect tool and it will be vulnerable youths of the country who will be compelled to study topics that the federal government dictates.

Students of this age are more vulnerable to liberal doctrine. And academia is the best tool anybody could ask for and having a knack for such petty tactics, Trudeau has successfully found the right pitch to get into the conservative fortress. Whatever it be, this clearly is an attempt to brainwash the nationalist populace of the institution.

The Trudeau administration sure has its agenda set for Saskatchewan. He previously tried to use federal agencies to push his green agenda into the minds of the farmers of the province.

Saskatchewan is one of the three Prairie provinces in Canada. The region could be regarded as the breadbasket of Canada. The federal administration was trying to influence the farmers and seeing no tactics winning, Justin Trudeau’s agents reached this province but was caught trespassing on farmlands in Saskatchewan.

Saskatchewan’s minister Jeremy Cockrill claimed that the Trudeau administration has been illegally deploying federal officials onto farmlands in the province to conduct nitrogen testing without the owners’ permission.

Trudeau’s constant attacks, firstly on the innocent farmers of the province and now on the young populace of the region are outright unethical and not worthy of a democracy. However, come what may, Trudeau has been born and brought up in an elite household. He, therefore, does not understand the will of the common man who is now ready to take him down when the time comes.
