She went to the auditions with her friend for the Prakash Raj play Inidhu Inidhu (2010), and she was given the lead part. She had to miss courses at WCC in order to work on the movie while she was still a student and shooting it.
Inidhu Inidhu featured a number of novices making their acting debuts, including Reshmi. She took on Tamannaah’s original role in the remake of the Telugu film Happy Days. The reviews of her performance were mixed.
