Amla

Amla rich in Vitamin C, is known for its anti-ageing and immunity-booster properties. According to Ayurveda, it pacifies the body’s Kapha, Vata and Pitta doshas. Eating Amla strengthens the heart.

Pomegranate

Moong Dal

Honey

There are many benefits of eating honey. Raw honey is a treasure trove of antioxidants called polyphenols. In Ayurveda, the consumption of honey has been described as very beneficial. Honey can be used for everything from reducing weight to brightening the skin.

Black Raisins

Rich in vitamins, dietary fiber and minerals, black raisins are good for anemia patients and consider as the top superfoods by Ayurveda. It helps in removing harmful toxins from the body and also improves heart health. Black raisins are also a good source of protein.

Radish

Rich in antioxidants and minerals like calcium and potassium, radish helps in reducing heart diseases and high blood pressure. Eating radish in winter strengthens immunity and diseases like cold and cough can be avoided.

Ginger is a well-known anti-inflammatory that stimulates appetite, and reduces intestinal pain, gas and bloating. Ginger also works well on migraines, and helps reduce cholesterol levels.

Tulsi

Used as a medicine to treat sore throat, headache and chest tightness. Tulsi juice is also effective in treating acne as well as other skin disorders such as ringworm infection, rashes and itching. Tulsi is also consider as greatest superfoods by Ayurveda.
