In reality, Biden dispatched US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to Ukraine to reassure Kyiv. Biden, on the other hand, is just walking into a deeper trap set up by Putin. And now understanding that it cannot do much there, Biden is trying to move the goalpost to Syria and re-ignite tensions there.
