Parshuram Mandir Kumbhalgarh – Guide
Parshuram Mahadev Mandir Kumbhalgarh is dedicated to Lord Shiva or Mahadev. There is an ancient cave here which has to be descended through 500 steps leading to the cave. The temple also offers a wonderful view from the top of the Aravalli hills and gives you a little trekking experience while reaching the temple gate. Parshuram Mahadev Mandir is considered one of the best in Kumbhalgarh forest which is not only a religious place but also a beautiful experience for the visitors.
History of this Temple
Saint Parashuram, who is said to be the sixth incarnation of Lord Vishnu, is believed to have built a cave with his axe and worshiped Lord Shiva at the foot of the Aravalli Mountains. After this the Parshuram Mandir Kumbhalgarh was built on the top of the hills which is still visible to us today.

Parshuram Mandir Kumbhalgarh opens at 6:00 AM in the morning and close at 7:00 PM in the evening. Morning aarti is performed at 6:30 AM in the morning and evening aarti is performed at 6:00 PM in the evening.

Vedi Mandir is a beautiful and ancient temple situated in Kumbhalgarh. The temple is situated on a hill and can be reached by a long flight of stairs. Muchhal Mahavir Temple
The temple is located in the town of Kumbhalgarh and is about a two-hour drive from the city centre. The temple is dedicated to Lord Mahavira, the 24th and last Tirthankara of Jainism. The temple was built in 15. V century and a beautiful example of Rajasthani architecture.
