What were Ukrainian forces doing in Syria?

Zelensky’s SYRIA FILES exposed

Oh Poor us! We thought Ukraine was running tight on money. It doesn’t have resources, doesn’t have men and the West is not spending enough to shore up Zelensky! But we were wrong all along. Now, it has been revealed that Ukraine was in fact plotting, backing and even funding the ongoing assault by Islamists on Syria, a key Russian ally.

And even more shameful, Kyiv itself is boasting about it. Look at this report by Kyiv Post, it is a Ukraine-backed pamphlet. It’s reporting how men who laid siege to Aleppo last week were trained by Ukraine.

The report said that rebel groups in Syria’s Idlib province, which is not under the control of the Syrian government, received special training from a Ukraine army unit called the Khimik Group.

This group is a Special Forces team linked to Ukraine’s HUR military intelligence. The training focused on teaching these rebels tactics that Ukraine has used in its ongoing war with Russia. These tactics include the use of drones as well.

The Khimik Group has been active in Syria for some time. Oh they thought we are already winning Moscow, now it was time to look beyond.

In September, the Kyiv Post claimed that this unit successfully attacked a Russian military base near the city of Aleppo, causing damage. However, Russian authorities did not respond or comment on these reports.

The Post also shared a video showing a flag linked to the HUR unit flying over a building in the Aleppo province. They claimed this was evidence of a Ukrainian “special operation” aimed at attacking Russian forces in Syria.

Over the last week, in northern Syria, a coalition of militias and extremist groups based in Idlib launched an attack on areas controlled by the Syrian government. This coalition is led by Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS), a group that used to be known as Jabhat al-Nusra and was once operating under with Al-Qaeda. The rebels claimed they had taken about 400 square kilometers of land and had reached the city of Aleppo. However, Syrian government forces stopped their advance. Both the Russian and Syrian air forces have carried out airstrikes against the rebels to push them back.

On Sunday, Syria’s news agency SANA reported that government troops successfully stopped a terrorist attack near Hama city, causing heavy to rebels. Syria President Bashar Assad vowed to keep fighting the terrorists, saying his forces would defeat them no matter how intense their attacks.

It is to be noted that it’s not the first time that Ukraine’s Special Forces got themselves involved in a foreign conflict despite faltering defenses against Russia at home.

Ukraine’s HUR admitted it had helped Tuareg fighters in the Sahel region of West Africa. This led to a crisis in Mali after a Tuareg group attacked and killed members of the Wagner Group, a Russian private military company, along with local soldiers. Mali’s foreign minister even called on the UN to take action against Ukraine.

There is an American angle too. Syria has accused the US of supplying these rebels, and the HTS group with arms. Here again, both Ukraine and US want to open another front against Russia and its allies. Syria has two major backers: Iran and Russia. Both of them are involved in their own conflicts: Russia in Ukraine and Iran in Gaza and Lebanon. US saw the best opportunity and ordered Ukraine to back these anti-Syria rebels. The Middle East is again in total mess. It will become messier before Trump comes, all thanks to Biden.
