The owner of a pharmacy store will rejoice if there’s a disease outbreak in the region which increases the sales of the store. The outbreak of a war will also do the same to an arms and ammunition producer. The turmoil in other nations is directly proportional to economic prosperity in Weapon manufacturing nations. If the world will be at peace, the nations which sponsor war will not be at peace as their economies will come crashing down. The Horn of Africa region is also witnessing the same kind of dilemma. If there’s peace in the Horn of Africa, America will not be able to stay at ease.
The US likes to keep the African continent in a subservient mode to churn out resources, wealth, influence and many other possible things. The desperation of the West is so thick that it has become myopic and cannot see beyond its selfish interests. Nearly 6 million people are held hostage by the TPLF forces in the Tigray region. TPLF is using these people as a bargaining chip during the talks with the Ethiopian Government.
West’s interests dwarf human rights
The West’s shiny palaces, black roads and beautiful monuments are an epitome of the treacherousness of human greed. The capitalistic society which emerged from the West has not only destroyed the natural resources of the Earth but also the lives of people of poor countries. The resource richness of the African continent has acted like its barrier to development. The greedy West has always tried to capture the continent and in order to exploit the continent it has converted the life of African people into misery. The potash reserves of Ethiopia and Eritrea is also one of the major reasons why the region is perpetually disturbed.

Abiy Ahmed: A Statesman who is trying to solve
After the advent of Mr. Abiy Ahmed in the helm of state of affairs and its responsibilities, he has always tried to solve conflicts. Firstly he solved the decade’s long border problems with Eritrea and then moved on to solve the Tigray region’s problems.
But the former Tigray ethnic government which ruled Ethiopia for nearly three decades (27 years) got offended by the election of Abiy Ahmed to the Prime Minister’s office. It is well known that the Tigray ethnic government amassed weapons and military bases in the Tigray region. TPLF knew that when it will be ousted from the government’s role it will use these resources to launch an offensive against the government if needed.
This has come true as it did launch the offensive and also invited the West from backdoor giving an opportunity to the West to interfere in Ethiopia’s internal matters.
Due to this very reason, the problem solving Abiy Ahmed, is becoming a headache for the West. Ethiopia’s peace negotiation perturbed the West. Biden and other Western elite don’t want a problem solved as it decreases their potential of selling weapons to the conflict ridden nations. Peace talks and its success would set a wrong precedent to other conflict zones, and this is not good for the business of war, which the west masters. The West earns from the conflicts all around the world. The biggest Exporter of Arms is now in damage control mode.
Delayed Peace talks hold people hostage
The delay in peace talks has held the people of Tigray region hostage. The West is crying foul over the war crimes done during Tigray conflict but clearly ignores that it is the West which is responsible for this situation of Tigray people. The propaganda machinery of the West is well-oiled and it runs whenever the West needs to whitewash its image.
Ethiopian government wanted to carve out a mutual peace agreement with the agreeing TPLF and accepted the African Union’s meeting for peace to be held in South Africa. The West again proved to be an impediment in the peace talks and after this the war in the region intensified at a level which is not seen in the history of Tigray crisis. Eritrea and Ethiopia are now talking in the language which is understood by the West and its puppets. They have tried to use the power of argument to solve the crisis but the West has compelled them to choose the Argument of Power. Ethiopia has captured the Tigrayan city of Shire and it has also vowed to seize control of the Airports from Tigray control. The vow is aimed to cut off West’s ties with the Tigray menace which will help solve the conflict faster.
When a tumour is left unattended, it turns into cancer. Here The TPLF, is that tumour inflicted upon Ethiopia by the West. Before this tumour turns into cancer and poisons the entire nation, both Eritrea and Ethiopia have taken upon themselves to solve this problem once and for all.
