The Canadian government is planning a coup in Russia. It has planned to overthrow the regime led by Vladimir Putin.

As part of its sanctions policy, Canada has banned the import of Russian steel and aluminium while Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly mentions the potential of a change of government in Moscow.

She claimed that the goal of sanctions and pursuing justice for alleged war crimes is regime change in Russia.

“The goal is definitely to do that, is to weaken Russia’s ability to launch very difficult attacks against Ukraine.” She added. To tell you the truth, the value of exports from Canada to Russia between March and December fell 91 per cent, dropping to $52 million in 2022.

Joly made the remarks at a Friday press conference where she discussed the importance of maintaining a diplomatic presence in Moscow.

Oleg Stepanov, the Russian ambassador to Canada, described Joly’s remarks as a “Freudian slip of the tongue.”

The majority of the country supports the current Russian policy, he added in a statement, but she and other decision-makers in Ottawa don’t want to acknowledge that.
