2024 elections are looming, and the Democratic Party in the USA is already feeling the heat. Republicans won the popular vote in the midterms for the first time since 2014. The Democrats’ quest to indict capitalism and their assumption that voters of color (LGBTQ) would always support them have backfired.
To make matters worse, a survey revealed that most voters see the Democratic Party as preachy, extreme, and lacking love for the good ol’ U.S. of A. Democrats’ recent wins were primarily because the Republicans appeared a bit weak in specific areas.
Right now, the voters are not in the mood to be wooed by the Democratic Party time and again, and the blame lies squarely on the shoulders of the Biden administration.
A Petrified President
Biden, hoping to regain support for 2024, thought that parading around the flag for Ukraine would be the answer. But is it working out for him? Absolutely Not. As the Russo-Ukraine war continues, public support in the U.S. for providing Ukraine with weapons and direct economic assistance has waned.
On top of that, with the looming threat of a recession and the debt ceiling ready to explode, Americans are rapidly losing patience with their 80-year-old grandpa, Biden.
Joe’s chances of clinging to power in the 2024 election are as slim as a snowball’s chance in hell. And so, desperate times call for desperate measures, and now Biden is relying on something almost impossible—a Ukrainian victory before 2024.
To put pressure on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, the Biden administration is reportedly coercing him diplomatically. According to media reports, The White House is “anxiously watching” Kyiv’s attempts to retake Russian territories.

Patience is waning (again)
As per Washington, if Ukraine succeeds in its counteroffensive, it could expect additional military and economic assistance from the U.S. and its allies. However, if it fails, Western support may dry up, leaving Kyiv with calls to seek a swift diplomatic resolution to the conflict.
Anonymous U.S. officials have acknowledged that they aren’t sure if lawmakers would vote for more aid when the previously approved funds are depleted. So, Zelensky has only shot, he needs to prove his mettle.
This sudden change of heart and calls for Zelensky to prove himself should come as no surprise. Washington has grown increasingly unhappy with Ukrainian attacks inside Russia, including attempted drone strikes on the Kremlin and the assassinations of military blogger Vladlen Tatarsky and journalist Darya Dugina.
These actions were carried out with the help of American and other Western weapons, despite NATO allies advising against it. Diplomatic backchannels have seen stern admonishments directed at Kyiv.
Biden’s seemingly cold yet wise warning to Zelensky is not just mere advice; it’s an appeal that he needs to heed.
Only by doing so can Biden hope to bolster his chances of reclaiming victory in 2024. His approval rating has been stuck in the low 40s for what seems like an eternity and currently stands at just under 36 percent. Typically, presidents’ voting support closely mirrors their approval rating.

To make matters worse, Trump is proving to be a stronger opponent than Democrats initially expected, with other GOP leaders like DeSantis also throwing their hats into the ring. Biden is losing ground rapidly, and he believes that only a massive breakthrough in Ukraine could salvage his chances of winning.
But with Zelensky dragging his feet on the counteroffensive, Biden’s patience is wearing thin.
This is why he issued a stern warning —a warning that carries the weight of his political future. Time is running out, and the pressure is on Zelensky to act. A failure could end it all between Zelensky and Biden.
