Biden could have solved it amicably but he chose to turn the migrant crisis into an ugly Washington vs Austin fight

Biden’s support for illegal migrants and step treatment towards his own fellow Americans is making him an eyesore for many citizens. The threat posed by the Wuhan virus due to the rapid release of ‘illegal aliens’ is bound to make the lives of American citizens miserable. The southern state of Texas has been on the receiving end of the Federal government’s wrath for a while now.

People from Texas are paying the price for supporting the wise policies of former President Trump and voting for him. The state which has historically been a stronghold of the Republican party is already facing discrimination at the hands of the new administration.

The state faces imprudent curbs on oil and gas activity from the Biden administration because of their green energy program. Texas relies heavily on the production of gasoline and diesel. In fact, it is home to some of the largest refineries in the world. But with the curbs, it is estimated that by 2022 about a million people would lose their jobs, those who are directly or indirectly dependent upon the oil industry in the state.

Texas faced unimaginable circumstances when the unprecedented weather conditions of deep freeze tormented Americans and the situation got worsened after the restrictions on oil and gas came into place.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott has been at the forefront of opposing the illegal migrants into the US from the southern border. He has urged again and again to the federal government to have a stricter code in protecting the country from the increasing number of illegal migrants crossing into the US. The migration has increased multifold ever since the new administration came into place.

Abbott has criticised Biden for exposing the state of Texas from a massive Wuhan virus outbreak caused by the constant incoming of illegal migrants. Abbott complained about the lapses in the government’s Wuhan virus testing program at the border. His press secretary, Renae Eze, said in a statement, “The federal government alone has the responsibility to test, screen and quarantine illegal immigrants crossing our border who may have the virus.”

He further explained how the government is running away from its responsibilities. He said, “Instead of doing their job, the Biden administration suggested it did not have the sufficient resources and, remarkably, asked Texas to assist them in aiding their illegal immigration program. Texas refused.”

Texas Sheriff A.J. Louderback has been a prominent voice in exposing the democrat agenda of absolute suppression of dissent voices. He has stated the serious problems the state have been exposed since the Biden administration took over. These include the release and resurgence of illegal aliens, a massive outbreak of the Wuhan virus and a massive increase in crime rates. Louderback stated that due to pressure from the Federal administration, a large number of previously arrested illegal migrants in the state are now being released. This can be seen as a major strategy for Democrats to secure the votes of such ‘new voters’ in future state and senate elections.

The Biden administration is retaining its policy of pressurising Texas, to assist them in helping with their illegal immigration program. On the other hand, the government of Texas is focused on doing welfare for the real citizens of Texas and protecting them from all the problems that Joe Biden is causing. Instead of resolving the immigrant crisis, the US President has thus, turned it into an ugly Washington vs Austin fight.
