Chicago has seen better mornings than the one it woke up to on Tuesday. On Tuesday morning, eight people were shot inside a house in Chicago. Four of them are critically wounded while the rest were pronounced dead when the police arrived at the scene. The victims included three young mothers and one man. They died of no fault of their own but because the Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot has been turning the city into a haven for criminals and at the same time has weakened the police system.
According to accounts, seven of the eight people shot inside a Chicago residence early Tuesday morning were shot in the head, according to the authorities. According to reports, a manhunt is still on for at least one suspect in the attack, which left three young moms and one man dead and four others injured. Relatives and neighbours expressed surprise at the incident.
“Those people in that home didn’t deserve that,” Robyn Eddmonds, who knew some of the victims, told the Chicago Sun-Times, “That was a cruel person that did that. They didn’t have any morals.”
Around 5:40 a.m., gunfire erupted as someone stormed into the house and began firing. According to a report by Chicago Tribune, police officials were looking for two individuals, but when FOX 32 in Chicago questioned police spokesperson Steve Rusanov, he couldn’t corroborate the information.
Denise Mathis, 35, a mother of four sons; Shermetria Williams, 19, a mother of a 2-year-old girl; Ratanya Aryiel Rogers, 28; and Blake Lee, 35, who lived in the residence where the shooting occurred, were all killed in the attack. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Rogers was the mother of a young kid and was waiting for a ride home when the shooting occurred. According to the newspaper, the gang was celebrating Rogers’ 28th birthday. Williams was set to graduate from high school later Tuesday, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.
Lori Lightfoot seems to be responsible for turning Chicago into an asylum for criminals and illegal immigrants. Lightfoot also banned the apprehension of criminals on foot. Former Detroit Police Chief James Craig blasted the Chicago mayor over the order and said that law enforcement is now a “crisis in profession.”
Back in February this year, Lightfoot brought forth an ordinance to expand security for immigrants under the city’s sanctuary city rule. The Welcoming City Ordinance in Chicago was amended to remove four exceptions. Undocumented immigrants with criminal charges or convictions in their past, as well as those who are the subject of federal criminal warrants, can no longer be turned over to federal immigration officers. The police are also unable to work with federal authorities just because an arrested person’s name appears in the city’s gang database.
This also meant that the police are no longer allowed to co-operate with federal agents when an undocumented immigrant is a convict. Now that these rules have been removed, Chicago under its amended welcoming city rule will welcome all of America’s illegal immigrants who will also be supposedly criminals.
Moreover, Lori Lightfoot also blasted two Republican aldermen who opposed the ordinance and called them “racist” and “xenophobic”. However, Lightfoot herself is one of the most racist Chicago mayors and a black supremacist as well. She has often refused to get interviewed by a white journalist or even people from Middle Eastern heritage just because their skin colour is white.
On the occasion of her two-year anniversary in office, Lightfoot prohibited White Chicago journalists from interviewing her. The funniest thing is that Lightfoot is disguising her racism as a way of “restoring racial equity.” Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit against Lightfoot, alleging that she infringed on the civil rights of reporter Thomas Catenacci and the Daily Caller News Foundation, which was co-founded by Fox News presenter Tucker Carlson.
Under the Democratic Party, the United States of America is experiencing a surge of reverse racism. In Blue states, Whites are being targeted explicitly and institutionally based on their skin colour and gender. Worse, America’s apparent reverse racism is being promoted as a means of achieving “racial fairness.”
Moreover, as is the norm under Biden, plain old crime is not much of a crime anymore. The need of the time, according to the Biden administration, are gender issues, protecting ‘non-citizens’, and Biden-the messiah of the fringe groups. If violent crimes are taking place without a racial or discriminatory angle people like Chicago Mayor Lightfoot do not care. They can easily turn a blind eye and point out that racial crimes have deteriorated.
