Chinese civilians are no longer safe. They are being forced to join the People’s Liberation Army (PLA). They are being forced to fight for China on behalf of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). But here’s the deal – they don’t want to. Guess what else we know? Xi Jinping is a desperate man who wants to retain power at all costs. This desperate man is at his weakest. In his political career, Jinping has never been this infirm. Xi Jinping rules China by the barrel of a gun. The PLA is what helps Jinping maintain power in China. Had it not been for this force of distinguished wimps, the Chinese President would have probably been hanged by now.
As it now turns out, the PLA is regularly getting exposed as a force of sissies who are simply incapable of fighting, let alone winning wars. The last war which the PLA really fought was with Vietnam in 1979, during which, the Vietnamese forces stripped Chinese soldiers naked – forcing them to flee with their tails between their legs. Since then, the PLA has not fought a single war. In the generational change that has occurred since, the Chinese military has been filled with single children, who are generally referred to as ‘little emperors’. These overpampered, excessive masturbation addicts are soldiers who were born after the CCP imposed the stringent one-child policy over China.

These soldiers are incapable of fighting. But as luck would have it, the Chinese President has stoked conflicts all around China’s borders – with India, Japan, Taiwan and in the south China sea. Of immediate concern to Xi Jinping are his misadventures against India and Taiwan, which threaten to spiral out of control in a jiffy and obliterate the Chinese nation as we know it. So, Xi Jinping is trying to decouple China’s security and the PLA – by stepping up his own authority over emergency mobilisation of civilians during times of war.
The forced conscription of Chinese citizens:
According to a report by Nikkei Asia, Xi Jinping now has greater control over mobilization for national defense without having to go through time-consuming legislative processes. Last month, the NPC Standing Committee adjusted the amendment process for four laws – the National Defense Mobilization Law, the Civil Air Defense Law, the National Defense Transportation Law and the National Defense Education Law – to concentrate powers in the central leadership.
The National Defense Mobilization Law stipulates that men aged 18 to 60 and women aged 18 to 55 can be mobilized for national defense purposes if “state sovereignty, unification, territorial integrity or security is threatened.” In the absence of such concentration of powers in the hands of Xi Jinping, amendments to such laws would typically involve two or three rounds of discussion by the National People’s Congress’ Standing Committee, which meets roughly every one to two months.

The primary reason for Xi Jinping to step up mobilisation efforts is of course the incapacity of the PLA to fight. But there is another huge problem staring China in the face – its citizens are refusing to fight for it. Enrolments in the PLA are beginning to slow down, as Chinese youth begin pursuing further education and refuse to fight the CCP’s battles. And then, China just does not have enough children right now – which will soon result in a serious downfall in the PLA’s enrolment numbers.
What also horrifies Xi Jinping is the fact that the Chinese youth are choosing romantic relationships over joining the PLA. A retired naval officer of China recently made news when he said, “You can’t use your smartphone for months once you’re at sea.” He added, “More young people are saying they don’t want to join, that they won’t even be able to have romantic relationships while in the military.” In a bid to solve this problem, Jinping initiated a crackdown against China’s entertainment industry recently. Soon, he might even ban unmarried couples from having relationships in China.
From next year, meanwhile, the Chinese military expenditure will be expanded to provide free or preferential medical aid to military families. Interestingly, this is being described as a part of Beijing’s efforts to “maintain a focus on war preparation” and “strengthen troops’ cohesion and combat power.”
However, the reality is quite different. Xi Jinping’s message to PLA soldiers is loud and clear – go to the borders, get slaughtered, and don’t worry about your families. And this is why free medical aid to military families is being described as an effort to enhance war preparation.
China’s many woes:
Pray tell, why would Chinese citizens want to fight on behalf of the CCP anyway? The Xi Jinping regime is brutalising Chinese citizens like perhaps only Mao Zedong did. There is a food crisis fast emerging in China. An all-out power crisis has derailed the Chinese economy. China has entangled itself in multiple conflicts, which threaten the very lives of ordinary Chinese people. As such, the people of China are simply not motivated enough to fight for the CCP.
Therefore, Xi Jinping is now arming himself with powers which will allow him to force Chinese citizens into the PLA or face dire consequences.
