Vaccine rouge: In a first, the White House accepts that it spread fake news

The efficacy of the Covid-19 vaccine has become meaningless to the Big Pharma and the White House as it has been hijacked by commercial interests. The White House made false claims about the Covid-19 vaccine on June 20 stating that it’s ‘safe and efficient for young children. Dr Ashish Jha, the White House’s Covid-19 response coordinator, stated that “there have not been any serious side effects of these vaccines.”

The White House officials have been compelling the parents to get their young children vaccinated, making fallacious assertions that the vaccines are exceedingly safe.

But you see, these assertions of the White House seem to be in contrast to the severe side effects linked to the Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines available in the United States.  Severe allergic reactions, blood clotting, heart inflammation, and paralysis are among the side effects experienced.

“There is a well-documented risk of myocarditis from the COVID vaccine, especially in young men and adolescent boys, and an elevated risk of clotting in young women with the Moderna vaccine,” Dr Jay Bhattacharya, a professor of medicine at Stanford University, told the Epoch Times.

“It’s not right for government scientific advisers to downplay documented risks of the vaccine because it ultimately undermines confidence in public health,” he further added.

Side effects among children

There have been reports that children in Moderna’s trial were more likely to suffer a severe adverse event after vaccination than after getting a placebo. This makes the White House’s assertions false and purely commercially driven.

Kim Witczak, a drug safety advocate who started a group called Woody Matters, after reviewing the data from the trials stated, “The phrase ‘safe and effective’ has become meaningless and can no longer be trusted. It has been hijacked by commercial interests. A more accurate phrase would be ‘buyer beware.”

Well, there has been no evidence whether the vaccines are doing an “extraordinary job” as claimed by the White House officials. It’s disparaging how the White House is putting the lives of children at stake just for its commercial gains. While the White House is encouraging parents to get their kids vaccinated, it is not adhering to the transparency norms. It’s imperative to continue to follow the safety profile of these vaccines and for the parents to remain cautious against these fallacious assertions made by the White House.
