Perhaps Pierre Poilievre has won Joe Biden‘s favor due to his strong stance on many issues and his willingness to work together for mutual benefit. Or is it because Poilievre is considered to be a political outsider who isn‘t afraid to challenge the status quo: he is serious about his commitment to Canada and he won’t stand for any more of Trudeau’s poor policies? Only time will tell if this new ‘love affair’ will last.

But it’s clear that Joe Biden is sending a message to Justin Trudeau by visiting Pierre Poilievre first: it’s time to start taking his presidency seriously.
