Another day, another escalation! The US deep state is working overtime to fuel the fire in Ukraine to deal as much blow to Russia as possible before the Trump era begins. This time around, it seems to have gone too far: A top Russian general has been killed. According to reports, Kyiv’s secret service called SBU or the Security Service of Ukraine assassinated Lt. General Igor Kirillov. To put things into perspective, he is the highest-ranking military officer assassinated in Moscow so far during.
He was the head of head of the Russian army’s Nuclear, Biological and Chemical (NBC) Defense Forces. He was a hero for Russia but villain for Ukraine as well as the US deep state. His death may have ended a glorious chapter in Moscow’s history but opened a plethora of questions and mysteries.
He was allegedly killed on Monday. As per reports, 300 grams of TNT placed inside an electric scooter went off as Igor and one of his close aides walked towards their car. The blast left the two people dead. It’s a foregone conclusion that inputs from the US deep state must have helped the SBU carry out this fatal attack. After all, the US has been helping Kyiv forces launch strikes deep inside Russia for over weeks now.
But why did the US deep state want to kill Igor Kirillov? What secret files it wanted to bury forever?
Kirillov was the Kremlin’s voice behind damning allegations that the US had been operating three dozen bio-laboratories in Ukraine. The Russian general even claimed that these US labs were preparing mosquitoes, bats, and some migratory bird species to spread yellow fever, dengue fever, and Zika among its enemies. The general also claimed that Washington DC was designing ethnically distinct pathogens to target only the Slavic population. These are the claims that the West always tried to suppress. Only China came in Russia’s support. The Western fact-checkers and Washington itself labeled it as fake news.
Kirillov was not only investigating alleged illegal operations in Ukraine but other parts of the world as well. He was leading an investigation into Washington’s alleged chemical attacks in Syria, and the attempted assassination in the UK of former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter. Not just that, the Russian general is also believed to have played a role in the creation of the TOS-2 thermobaric rocket launcher.
Hailed as a hero by Moscow, Kirillov was no short of a villain for Ukraine. Kyiv had accused him of staging more than 4,800 chemical attacks inside Ukraine since the war began. Kyiv claims more than 2,000 soldiers got injured in these attacks and at least three have died.
Kirillov’s death, just 40 days ahead of Trump’s inauguration, has raised more than a few eyebrows. It has become clear the Russian general became a top deep state target as soon as it was confirmed that Democrats have lost the power in Washington DC. Had Kirillov remained alive, he would have worked with the incoming US administration and the Trump team in revealing the full extent of American covert operations inside Ukraine.
The US government and the deep state have long lied about their operations in Ukraine. Even Tucker Carlson referred to the bio-lab theory as “a case where the U.S. government had been lying; it has mounted a disinformation campaign, if you will, designed to cover up what it is doing.”
To reveal the full truth, the Trump team may have required Kirillov’s assistance. Now, the man is dead. The bio-lab files have gone forever now, it seems. Kirillov’s killing, it seems, is a desperate measure by the American deep state to keep its dirty secrets hidden.
