Was USAID money used in Kashmir attack on India and Hindus?

India’s Jammu and Kashmir faced a ghastly Islamist attack on Tuesday. At least 26 have died. Among them were a newly wed couple, navy officer and innocent civilians. One of the terrorists shot a man in the head and told his wife: “I won’t kill you. Go and tell Modi”. The Islamists were linked to a Pakistan-based terror outfit, as usual.

The attack’s timing is crucial. It came as US Vice President JD Vance is visiting India. It came as Indian PM Modi was in Saudi Arabia to strike trade deals. Naturally, JD Vance was one of the first global leaders to react to this tragedy. He posted on X, “Usha and I extend our condolences to the victims of the devastating terrorist attack in Pahalgam, India. Over the past few days, we have been overcome with the beauty of this country and its people. Our thoughts and prayers are with them as they mourn this horrific attack.”

Modi also cut short his visit to Saudi Arabia and came back home within few hours.

We got a reaction from Trump too. In his Truth Social post, Trump wrote, “Deeply disturbing news out of Kashmir. The United States stands strong with India against Terrorism. We pray for the souls of those lost, and for the recovery of the injured. Prime Minister Modi, and the incredible people of India, have our full support and deepest sympathies. Our hearts are with you all!”

The current US administration seems to be standing strong with India but until a few months ago, the administration of Joe Biden was splurging millions on Pakistani outfits that are always thirsty for Indian blood. Yes, the US was funding the Pakistani Islamist outfits using the US Agency for International Development (USAID).

The outfit is called Falahs-e-Insaniat Foundation, it’s linked to Mumbai terror attacks mastermind Hafiz Saeed. Guess what, the outfit that killed dozens of Hindus on Tuesday is also linked to Hafiz Saeed. Some of these outfits like Hafiz Saeed’s Lashkar-e-Taiba are banned by the US itself, still the funding through the USAID never stopped. It was only in January this year that US stopped funding anti-India terrorists.

This USAID money was flowing through Helping Hand for Relief and Development (HHRD). It’s a Michigan-based Muslim charity that has ties with jihadist outfits operating in South Asia. Around six years back, the same HHRD was linked to attacks in India’s Kashmir but still the money kept flowing. Thanks to Biden and company, US taxpayers’ money was being used to kill innocent Hindus. Amid all these allegations, the latest grant for HHRD was approved just last year.

In February, TFI Global reported extensively on how the USAID granted millions to Islamist outfits worldwide.

Since 2016, USAID has provided more than $900,000 to the Bayader Association for Environment and Development, a Gaza-based group with known terrorist ties.

USAID’s support to Islamist outfits was not limited to Falahs-e-Insaniat. They also funded Muslim Aid, a U.K.-based charity founded in 1985. It’s widely seen as an outpost of Jamaat-e-Islami, a radical South Asian Islamist movement.

Now, a decade ago, the USAID approved a $1.5 million grant to Muslim aid. In Pakistan, Muslim Aid openly collaborates with Al-Khidmat, Jamaat-e-Islami’s so-called charity wing. Al-Khidmat not only funds Hamas but also maintains ties with Hizbul Mujahideen, a U.S.-designated terrorist group active in India.

India yesterday faced its own Oct 7th. As per authorities, the attack was carried out in Oct 7 style where innocents were killed. India has received support from all over the world; from Russia, US, Europe and West Asia. It’s time for retaliation. The question is: Will the mighty Indian army turn Pakistan into next Gaza? We are really hoping for that.
